If you change your mind about an item, or there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Returns if you change your mind<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you purchase an item online, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to give a reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To request a return, please contact us at <a href=\"mailto:contactus@3dprintory.co.uk\">contactus@3dprintory.co.uk<\/a> within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Items should be returned:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unused and in their original condition<br>With their original packaging where reasonably possible<br>With any accessories, instructions or other items supplied with the product<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Return postage:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit when being returned to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Faulty, damaged or incorrect items<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at [insert email address].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the problem or damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A replacement<br>A repair<br>A refund<br>Another appropriate remedy available under your statutory rights<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will cover reasonable return postage costs for items that are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refunds<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once we have received and checked your returned item, we will process your refund as soon as reasonably possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel an online purchase, we will refund the payment you made for the goods and the standard delivery charge you paid for the original order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are only required to refund the cost of the standard delivery service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where permitted by law, we may reduce the amount of a refund if goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality and their value has consequently been diminished.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Items that cannot be returned<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certain products may be excluded from the usual cancellation right where permitted by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bespoke or personalised products made specifically to your requirements<br>Items made to your specifications<br>Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed<br>Other goods that fall within a statutory exception to the cancellation right<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are unsure whether your item can be returned, please contact us before sending it back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods remain covered by your statutory rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Exchanges<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at <a href=\"mailto:contactus@3dprintory.co.uk\">contactus@3dprintory.co.uk<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on availability, we may be able to arrange an exchange.
